At age 11, he founded his first band The Teenbeats and later played alongside Austrian jazz- fusion legend Karl Ratzer. In the 1980s, he launched Black Lagoon Studios in Vienna, which quickly became a cornerstone of the Austrian and international music scenes. As a producer, arranger, and engineer, Biber collaborated with an array of iconic artists, including: Black Lagoon Studios also served as a creative hub for Austria’s biggest stars: Rainhard Fendrich, Wolfgang Ambros, Georg Danzer, STS, EAV, Andy Baum, Ludwig Hirsch, Bilgeri, Ostbahn Kurti, Drahdiwaberl, Erika Pluhar, and countless others. In 1992 and 1993, Biber co-produced the Supermax albums “The Max is Going to Kick You” and “One and All”, contributing as both arranger and guitarist.
