RenRiot is a new alt-rock/grungaze/punk band in the DC music scene, known for their gritty riffs and vulnerable lyricism. Using music as a form of audio journaling, their sound moves between explosive release and introspective nothingness. Influenced by the lived experiences of it’s members, RenRiot channels themes of identify, intimacy, and the weight of moving forward into every track.
