Nicole “Ms. Niki” Addison is a Grammy-nominated and classically trained singer/songwriter from Washington, D.C. A graduate of Duke Ellington School of the Arts, Howard University (BFA Music Education), and Trinity University (Master’s of Science in Administration/Non-Profit Management, Ms. Niki has taught music education to youth for 15+ years.
In 2018, Ms. Niki released her first children’s single, Music in the Air and EP. With simple and accessible call & response songs, Ms. Niki’s magnetic buttery voice with undertones of gospel, hip hop, and R&B warmly invites children and their caregivers into a shared learning experience. A new age cross between Mary Poppins and Ms. Frizzle, Ms. Niki offers a wide variety of songs, workshops, and performances for kids and kids at heart.
