I’M A SLOTH ist ein energiegeladenes Power-Trio aus Wien, das den Grunge der 90er mit Punkattitüde und gelegentlichen Bluesanleihen zelebriert. Die Band supportete Kurt Cobain’s Busenfreunde Mudhoney und Tad Doyle (Ex-Tad), sowie die Underground-Legende Lydia Lunch feat. Weasel Walter & Bob Bert (Ex-Sonic Youth). Außerdem bespielten sie die FM4-Bühne am Donauinselfest, das FM4 Protestsongcontest Finale im Rabenhof Theater und das renommierte Wiener Popfest. Bis dato veröffentlichten I’m a Sloth zwei Studioalben und brachten 2020 die EP “My Body Is My Capital” beim Wiener Label Between Music heraus. Die fünf Tracks des aktuellen Tonträgers verurteilen u.a. Wilderei (“Hunting Season”), Falschheit (“Fake Snake”) und den weltweiten Influencer-Wahn (“My Body Is My Capital”).
