This holiday season, acclaimed Canadian artist Serena Ryder, invites you on a musical journey into the heart of the season’s most beloved traditions with Merry Myths – a festive concert inspired by the folklore, stories and symbols that shape our ideas of the holiday season.

Serena blends timeless holiday classics with her signature soulful songs. The Merry Myths tour explores the rich tapestry of global yuletide lore, with a hefty side of Serena’s often goofy take on this strange and fantastic time of year. With powerful vocals, joyful energy and heartfelt story telling Serena creates an unforgettable evening that celebrates connection, community and the magic of the season.

Joining her on stage is a handpicked ensemble of some of Canada’s most exceptional musicians: BRIAN KOBAYAKAWA on bass (Jill Barber, Charlie Kaufman) MILES GIBBONS on drums (The Strumbellas, Aysanabee) CHRISTINE BOUGIE on guitar (solo artist, Bahamas) LYDIA PERSAUD vocals, acoustic strings (solo artist, Dwayne Gretzky), who will also open the evening with a soulful set of her own.

Together, they’ll bring to life a concert that feels both timeless and fresh–a celebration of the myths, melodies, and memories that make the holidays so magical.
