Who: Sarah Jayne Riley

Pop Rock

Sarah Jayne Riley didn’t just rewrite her story—she flipped the whole script. A fresh force in Canada’s indie-pop scene, SJR brings arena-sized emotion with DIY roots. Her debut EP, Rules for the Collective Good, charts the messy, thrilling path of becoming—urging listeners to question the roles they’ve been handed, and step into the life they actually want.

After walking away from a life that looked perfect on paper—but felt anything but—SJR chose the unknown. She’s not here to repeat anyone else’s narrative. She’s here to carve out her own, in real time, and bring people with her. Her sound is for anyone who’s ever felt stuck, silenced, or ready to take their life back.

This isn’t a comeback story. This is the arrival.

“Sarah Jayne Riley is one of Canada’s best kept secrets, but not for long! Don’t miss her live show. Phenomenal voice.” - Indie City Magazine
