Pony Gold crafts timeless, tender-hearted songs that resonate deeply. Canadian Singer-songwriter Theresa Bromley blends folk, bluegrass and soul with an alt-country attitude, she is known for raw, personal lyricism, and a distinctive vocal style, shaped by her rural upbringing, years in recovery, and a deep commitment to honest storytelling. Performing live solo, duo or with a full band accompanied by husband Matt Bromley on slide guitar, she began releasing music as Pony Gold in 2023 with Take Me Somewhere, which charted in the top 5 on college radio, and earned a BCCMA Group of the Year nomination. Her debut full-length album, produced by Leeroy Stagger, is slated for release this fall, with the first single “Big in the City” arriving June 6.
