Who: Mike Maas
Mike Maas has been writing and preforming music for over 15 years. He has opening up for such acts as Brian Melo, Liteyears, Juno Award winners Tomi Swick and Menew . His sound is a confident pop rock blend of earthy acoustic and echoing ambient soundscape and 80s style hooks. With Maas’ powerful and emotive voice at the forefront, the band’s infectious and masterfully-written ballads draw influence from the likes of War on drugs, the Cure,John Mayer, The Beatles and the Grateful dead. His most recent release is called An Imaginary Moment From An Imaginary Life Vol1. and it’s out on all streaming platforms.
