Sorathian Dawn, Heathenspawn (Single Launch), Evocatus (Album launch tour) and Anglesee will be joining forces for an evening of Melodic fuelled Black/Death metal mayhem at the Chippo Hotel, on Friday, 26th of September!
Introducing the bands:
Sorathian Dawn- Formed in the crypts of Sydney’s underground in 2012. Sorathian Dawn have released three punishing and majestic albums of their brand of sinister melodic black metal. In 2025 these tyrants of the underworld have once again taken the stage in a conjuration of the dark arts of black metal magic.
Heathenspawn are a Blackened Melodic Death Metal band from Sydney. Combining furious and soaring riffs, aggressive vocals and lyrics that draw on horror, life and death. Celebrating the release of their new single “The Ravenous Earth” and accompanying video, these single launch shows mark the first shows for Heathenspawn in over 18 months and also the first new material released from the band in over 6 years!
Evocatus- Hailing from the Hunter Valley, Evocatus are a 5-piece melodic battle metal band. Rich in death, folk, and symphonic elements, Evocatus are crafters of epic tales of myth and legend with crushing riffs, blistering solos, and soaring melodies.
Anglesee- Sydney Melodic Death Metal band Anglesee’s concept albums investigate man’s hubris on a galactic scale. Searing vocals, black metal offerings, and psychedelic atmosphere are woven into their sonic canvas delivering audiences an unrelenting sonic assault!
