Dopamine are coming down to Terrigal on Jan 21st for a one off show at Mumbo Jumbo’s! Over the past couple of years, the band have been steadily building momentum, especially as a live act. Alongside selling out their own shows in Brisbane, they’ve supported the likes of Feeder (UK), Jamie Webster (UK), Alex Lahey, Royel Otis, Beddy Rays, The Jungle Giants, Spacey Jane, The Rions, Last Dinosaurs and Teenage Dads, with highlight sets also at BIGSOUND, Crafted Festival and Mountain Goat Valley Crawl.
Also playing is LEYEZA, a 4-piece pop punk/rock band consisting of heart felt lyrics revolving around an energetic sound. With vocals projecting raw and dynamic tones it captivates the audience to listen in and become apart of LEYEZA’s world.
Brisbane rock band Dopamine have done it again, this time serving up a killer new track titled ‘Alright Alright’. Written about the desire to push through hardship and negativity in this world, with the intention to carve out one’s own path and create something worthwhile in amongst all the chaos and agony, the new single captures a spark of hope in the darkness.
With its fuzzed out guitars and mesmerising backing vocals, the track has a dreamy quality to it; reminiscent of a 90s alt-rock, coming-of-age vibe that feels inherently nostalgic from the first listen. Effortlessly marrying this dreamlike quality together with the sense of grit they’re known and loved for, Dopamine have created something unquestionably beautiful on ‘Alright Alright’.
