Hannes Aitman • By The Morning Tour 2026

Tickets at unitedstage.se, Dec 4, 10:00.

Hannes Aitman is the young, rebellious rock poet whose storytelling, raw sound, and ability to capture hope, melancholy, and passion in both songwriting and performance have won over audiences in Sweden and abroad. His poetic lyrics and striking melodies have become hallmarks of his artistry. As his music has evolved, Aitman has performed in sweaty rock clubs alongside his high-school bandmates, an experience as genuine as it gets. Earlier this year, his debut album ”Weak Point” received a Swedish Grammy nomination for New Artist of the Year. The album earned a 4/5 review in ”Dagens Industri”, which praised it with the remark: “No trace of weakness in ”Weak Point” - Gradvall.

In 2026, Hannes Aitman and his band, The Pink House Union (a name inspired by John Mellencamp), will embark on an extensive tour highlighting the forthcoming album ”By The Morning”. For audiences, this will be an opportunity to experience the album in its entirety before its streaming release.

The title track, “By The Morning,” is Aitman’s appeal to industry professionals and the adult world to release their grip on him, stop pulling at his sleeves and allow him freedom from their constant efforts to steer his creative direction.

Through extensive touring and a steadfast, classic sound, Aitman has inspired listeners and critics alike to draw comparisons between his music and that of Neil Young, Ulf Lundell, Bruce Springsteen, and even Bob Dylan.

Please note that Hannes Aitman is a poetic figure with an artistic image & persona. Hannes Aitman does not smoke in real life & does not promote it.

Who: Hannes Aitman

Rock
Perhaps in vain, perhaps not. Hannes Aitman is one of the songwriters still searching for something genuine in an age that rushes headlong into quick decisions, status worship, and greed. His artistry unfolds through music as well as paintings and literary works yet to see the light of day. The dark, velvety voice carried by magnificently resonant melodies weaves a blanket of artistic aesthetic. Thoughtful lyrics paint vivid inner landscapes, moving between forgiveness, social critique, and themes that at some point touch every human being, but yet so often remain just beyond the reach of words. With the debut album Weak Point, Hannes Aitman and his band gave birth to something long absent from the music world: integrity. Something real. Something live. Something dreamlike. Perhaps it is precisely Aitman’s refusal to yield to commerce and the industry’s rigid whispers that has led him (after two years) to walk his own path.
