Doomherre is a doom metal band founded by Daniel Strachal (formerly of Lobotomy, Blindfold, and Brainwarp – ex Nihilist), Victor Takala (Eyekon, The Broke, and former session/live member of Katatonia), and Max Collin (Lobotomy, Blindfold, and Votary).
Armed with heavy riffs and a deep respect for legends like Trouble, Candlemass, and The Obsessed, Doomherre is on a mission to carry the torch of classic doom into new territory. Their sound is rooted in the traditions of the genre, but the band is not standing still. With a clear sense of where they come from—and a strong drive to explore new ground—Doomherre is shaping their own path forward in heavy music.
