Distorted Times is a melodic metal band with roots in Stockholm, Uppsala, Visby, and Dalstorp. The band blends classic metal influences with a modern sound, heavy riffs, strong melodies, and emotionally charged lyrics.
The core of the band was formed by brothers Mathias (bass) and Tobias (guitar), but it was when Linnéa (vocals) joined that Distorted Times truly took shape. Shaped by her upbringing in the Knutby sect, Linnéa writes lyrics with a unique authenticity and intensity that define the band’s identity.
Now strengthened by Sebastian (guitar) and Oskar (drums), Distorted Times is ready to take the next step and leave their mark on the Swedish underground scene. With the upcoming single “Canvas,” the band reveals a new side, both powerful and vulnerable.
