Inspired by genre-defying artists such as Moderat, xxyyxx and X&G , Absent Chronicles began developing his sound in 2019. Resulting in an ever-evolving blend of styles and genres.
In 2021, Absent Chronicles signed a worldwide publishing deal with Concord Music Publishing, expanding his portfolio and writing & producing for other artists. His work has amassed over 180 million streams globally.
In 2023, he contributed to the album Layover by BTS member , producing the album’s second track, “Blue”. The album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200.
Beyond his work for other artists, Absent Chronicles’ own music, sound design, and installations have been featured in commercials, TV placements, museums and festivals worldwide. Including collaborations with Apple, Netflix, Samsung, Riot Games (Valorant) Nike, and MINI.
He’s frequently performed at events and festivals across the globe, including Amsterdam Dance Event, Reeperbahn Festival, Art Miami.
