Mike Wayock is professional musician and singer with over 30 years of experience. Originally from the Philadelphia area, he grew up on rock, blues, funk, soul, hip-hop and bluegrass. He honed his skills as a musician in Nashville, Tennessee, where he lived for four years playing as a lead guitarist, banjoist, and backing vocalist for major label country artists/songwriters including Luke Combs, Wyatt Durrette, and Rob Snyder, among others. He now resides in the Seattle area with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. He plays mostly as a solo acoustic cover artist, performing at private parties, restaurants/bars, weddings, and other events. He is also available as a freelance “hired gun” musician for other artists and bands. He prides himself on his powerful voice, guitar chops, and ability to play requests like a human juke box.
