Featured regularly at Maui’s renowned Slack Key Show, this group melds together the uniquely Hawaiian styles of slack key guitar, ukulele, and songs, both traditional and new.
International star and two-time Grammy winner Tia Carrere’s credits include Wayne’s World, True Lies, Rising Sun, and Lilo & Stitch, and most recently, the live action remake of Lilo & Stitch. Tia has also starred in her own TV series Relic Hunter, and has appeared in Hawaii 5-0, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and AJ & the Queen. She starred with Jo Koy and Tiffany Haddish in the 2022 release of Universal/Amblin feature film Easter Sunday. Tia went double platinum with the Wayne’s World soundtrack, while her Warner Bros. album Dream became an international success. Tia returned to her Hawai‘i roots with multi-Grammy award-winning producer/artist Daniel Ho, receiving two Grammy Awards.
Known as Hawai‘i’s “Renaissance Man,” George Kahumoku Jr., is a master slack key guitarist, a four-time Grammy Award winner, and an accomplished songwriter. Using his very personal melodic style, inventiveness, and versatility, Kahumoku conveys the genuine spirit of Hawai‘i’ to all his listeners.
Daniel Ho is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger, and performer, with talent and versatility on ukulele, slack key guitar, piano, and vocals. He’s a six-time Grammy winner, with four of his Grammy credits as producer of George Kahumoku’s four Grammy-winning recordings. His two other Grammy wins were for performances with his close friend, Tia Carrere.

Tia Carrere is an American actress and two-time Grammy award-winning singer, most widely known for her role as Cassandra in the films Wayne’s World (1992)and Wayne’s World 2 (1993). Carrere performed all of her own songs in the two films as well as on the platinum- selling soundtrack. Ballroom Blitz and Why You Wanna Break My Heart are on the soundtrack. She then released a pop record entitled Dream on Warner Bros and the song I Never Even Told You was the title song for the film Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. In 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 Tia released a series of Hawaiian records with Daniel Ho, all nominated and two winning them Grammys. Recently Tia has been exploring her more chill, jazzy vibe…
