Anna Tatangelo (born 9th January, 1987, in Sora, in the Latium) is an Italian singer. She is engaged to the popular singer Gigi D’Alessio.
She won at the Sanremo Music Festival in 2002 in the category of New Arrivals (Nuove Proposte) with “Doppiamente Fragili”.
She returned to Sanremo in 2003, singing the duet “Volere Volare” with Federico Stragà, in 2005 with “Ragazza di periferia” and in 2006 with “Essere una donna”. With this song she won the “Women” category.
