Who: The Youngers

Alternative Rock

Hailing from the heart of Pennsylvania, The Youngers are currently celebrating their 25th year as a band! The Youngers have been crafting their unique sound since their formation in 1999. Their musical journey culminated in the release of their fourth full-length album, “Nashville Again,” in 2022. This milestone catapulted them into the spotlight, earning them a coveted spot at the 2023 MerleFest Festival, a testament to their exceptional talent. In 2024, The Youngers entered the Wilco Loft in Chicago to record their fifth full-length album entitled “Dreaming,” which is due to be released in 2025. The Deal, My Luck’s Gonna Change and Shimmering Girl are the 3 latest new singles currently available everywhere you stream music!

Their eclectic repertoire spans numerous musical genres, with their most recent offerings taking on a decidedly indie-rock personality. The Youngers infuse every note with foot-tapping, highway-ready vibes, and a touch of in-your-face attitude, as aptly noted by Calvin Powers of Americana Music Show.

Expect the unexpected from The Youngers live shows, masters of harmonies and a dizzying array of instruments, including lap steel, upright bass, mandolin, electric twelve-string guitar, baritone guitar, acoustic and electric six-string guitars, and fretless electric bass.
