Tantric is an American rock band from Louisville, Kentucky, United States. The group was founded in 1999 by Hugo Ferreira & former “Days of the New” members Todd Whitener, Jesse Vest and Matt Taul (now all no longer with the band). Tantric has released eight studio albums and one EP; Tantric (2001), After We Go (2004), The End Begins (2008), Broken Down…Live in the Poconos (2008), Mind Control (2009), 37 Channels (2013) and Blue Room Archives (2014), Mercury Retrograde (2018), Sum Of All Things (2021)
October 5th, 2018, Tantric released the long awaited album “Mercury Retrograde” on Pavement Entertainment and a full tour to support it called the “Mercury Retrograde Tour 2018” is in full effect 10/10-11/18 with Wayland, Talia and Paralandra. Some shows Tantric will team up with Puddle of Mudd, Saliva, Saving Abel, Jimmy’s Chicken Shack and more.
