Venezuelan singer based in Paris, Speranza Galez unveils her debut album: a poetic journey blending jazz with traditional rhythms from Venezuela and Latin America, inspired by literature, mythology, and visual arts.
Joined by GAüD (guitar and arrangements), Joachim Govin (double bass), and Pierre-Eden Guilbaud (drums), she embodies a new wave of Latin jazz vocals — rooted in her native language and culture — reimagining timeless stories where past and present intertwine.

“Originally from Venezuela, Speranza Galez blends the traditional music of her country with jazz” (France Musique). She began her artistic journey at the “José Angel Lamas” Conservatory of Music in Caracas and later developed as an actress and singer, combining music and theater to create a unique approach. Her Latin American roots and love for jazz led her to explore a variety of sounds, ranging from jazz standards to traditional Venezuelan and Caribbean rhythms, not forgetting her ventures into bossa nova, flamenco, rock, metal, and Brazilian tropicalia. Since 2022, she has been a resident at the Baiser Salé Jazz Club in Paris.
