Elisabeth is a French singer-songwriter based in Paris. After several years spent exploring pop and soul, she discovered jazz — and with it, the freedom to improvise.
Inspired by artists such as Youn Sun Nah and Kurt Elling, Elisabeth creates her own brand of jazz: a subtle blend of multiple musical influences — from pop and soul to world music — reinterpreted through the language of jazz and reinvented with a modern, deeply personal sensibility.
Her debut album, Back to Life, was born after the pandemic — a profoundly emotional journey through original compositions, reflecting a period of transformation and rebirth.
Her latest single, “Calypso Blues – A Tribute to Youn Sun Nah,” is a sincere homage to the renowned Korean jazz singer, reinterpreted with elegance, depth, and authenticity.
