Trish Discord is an Indie/Alternative artist from Queens, NY. Her sound is a cornucopia of different styles based on her influences of Paramore, Nine Inch Nails, Kerli, New Order, MARINA, Falling In Reverse, Pale Waves, The Birthday Massacre, and Mitski. Her voice has also been compared to Dolores O’Riordan of The Cranberries as well as Amy Lee from Evanescence. She works to incorporate mental health issues into her music because of her background in psychology which inspired her first EP “Is This My Mental Breakdown?” However, her followup album “The Aftermath of 2016” covers topics ranging from infatuation/romance, the ending of relationships, philosophy, and current events. She aims to inspire a connection with her fans beyond words.
