Max Bartos hits the road with his soul-baring folk sound, performing songs from his upcoming album Waiting at the Crossroads. Blending the emotional grit of Glen Hansard with the vulnerability of Noah Kahan, this tour is more than a show — it’s a night of connection, community, and stories that stay with you.

Who: Max Bartos
Indie Folk
Max Bartos is a powerhouse 22-year-old Indie Folk Singer/Songwriter from Lancaster PA, now bringing the folk to NYC. Described as if “Mumford and Sons had a baby with Green Day” or “If Dave Grohl had a folk project”, Max brings a unique edge to the Indie folk scene, blending his love of Rock and Punk with his Folk guitar playing and songwriting. Max is also known for originating the role of “Darren” in the Original Broadway Cast of SING STREET, which was unfortunately closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Max began his music career with his 2020 release “Playlist of My Life”, followed by the drop of his 2021 debut album “Such Is Life”. After this, Max began working with 3x Grammy Award winner Alan Douches on his music and released his 2023 album “Memento Mori”. Max then moved into the folk hemisphere and released his single “Diamond In The Rough” and is now in the process of marketing and getting ready for his new EP “Waiting At The Crossroads” to drop in August 2025.
