Collaboration has always shaped music — and with FEATURE FEATURE, Nujakasha brings this spirit to the stage in a unique, live-focused way. For this edition, the Munich-based instrumental trio teams up with Berlin artist Aka Kelzz.
After first meeting at The Great Escape Festival in Brighton and sharing stages on the REMEMBER? tour, they now present fully re-arranged and re-imagined versions of Kelzz’ songs, blending Nujakasha’s neo-jazz, hip-hop and soul-infused sound with Kelzz’ powerful artistic vision. The result is a one-of-a-kind concert experience built on spontaneity, connection and shared energy.
FEATURE FEATURE is designed as a musical meeting point — a space to discover new sounds, celebrate diversity and experience music as community.
Aka Kelzz is a UK-born, Berlin-based singer, songwriter and creative force rooted in alternative R&B, soul, house and spoken word. As a queer, non-binary artist, Kelzz uses music as a space for vulnerability, liberation and radical self-expression, centering Black and queer narratives. Inspired by artists like Lianne La Havas, Little Simz, Sade and Cleo Sol, their performances are intimate, emotionally rich and deeply honest.
The four-member band creates ethereal soundscapes and driving beats. Purely instrumental. Drums, bass, guitar, piano, synthesizer, and violin blend into a soundscape influenced by HipHop, Jazz, and Soul. Rhythmic overlays are replaced by danceable grooves, and rapid musical runs transition into lyrical melodies. They have been sharing their musical expertise for years with the DJ-rap duo “Ferge X Fisherman”. Three German tours and three albums have already resulted from this collaboration. The four exceptional artists now embark on their own journey under the name “Nujakasha” with their debut EP “At the Nujakasha”, aiming to captivate the world with their unique sound.
