activemirror. is a post-punk/alternative band carving a path from the Caribbean to the global stage. Hailing from Aruba, their sound draws comparisons to The Cure, Interpol, and Joy Division. Dave Franklin from Dancing About Architecture wrote, “somehow, they capture that same chilled wind that blew through the best of the UK post-punk music in the eighties, and they do so via some great melodic hooks and danceable grooves.”
The band made history as the first Caribbean act selected for Taco Bell’s Feed The Beat program, released their debut album Though The Night Is Not Over in January 2025, and are set to perform at NXNE in Toronto this June. With a growing reputation for powerful, emotionally charged live shows, ActiveMirror is steadily building their name, one city at a time.
