Alt/Shoegaze band Nausicaa presents ‘Into Darkness’ as part of Brunswick Music Festival, an immersive live music event showcasing five Australian alternative/shoegaze bands: Purrers, Kite Vendor, S.a.n, Spouse (ACT) and Nausicaa.

Nausicaa take a completely DIY approach - recording, mixing, filming, and producing all their material with the help of only a select few close friends. They believe this keeps their music potent and visceral. Nausicaa shows weave between haunting minimalist textures and explosive noise catharsis - following in the footsteps of heroes Smashing Pumpkins, PJ Harvey and Sonic Youth.
