So Where To Today?

MUSViT mixes free-jazz and hip-hop in a minimalist and powerful release of energy. You can recognize them by their unique line-up with drums, bass, tenor sax and vocals and elements of vocoder and alto sax. Together, they create a sound and a playground where everything from Danish-language rap, sax trio and free jazz to hip-hop and pop choruses is allowed. The four musicians met in 2022 at Skurup Folkehøjskole’s jazz line in Skåne and have since then played around Denmark and Sweden. After playing a number of concerts arranged by JazzDanmark, the band has been named the winner of the Jazz Competition 2024.
