Hyperpop to the rockers, rock to the hyperpoppers, and god knows what to the general populace, saoirse dream is the project of Portland-based artist Catherine Egbert. After cutting her teeth in a handful of touring DIY bands, Catherine found a home in the flourishing online hyperpop community. Blending the gritty alt-rock of her roots with the candy-coated electronics of her contemporaries, Egbert has emerged as a cult-beloved star of the scene.
