So Where To Today?

Born and raised in Barry, Wales, twst (she/they) grew up working at their father’s chicken factory. At 14, they left home and formal education and relocated to a recording studio in the South Wales Valleys where they taught themselves music production and began immersing themselves in internet culture. Now based in London, twst writes and produces their own music, and directs their music videos, employing the help and guidance of revered writers, producers and creatives in their community, often befriended through the internet and discord communities.
