Jenna Katherine is a rising country artist from Houston, Texas, known for her bold storytelling, powerhouse vocals, and emotional authenticity she brings to every performance. Her story, however, began with a fight for life—at just four days old, Jenna stopped breathing and was rushed to Texas Children’s Hospital, where she spent two weeks as a near-SIDS baby. She came home on an apnea monitor, leaving her family unsure of what her future might hold. Against all odds, Jenna grew into the strong, driven, faith-filled young woman she is today: a dedicated college student, a songwriter, a touring country artist, and someone with a deep love for Jesus.
Inspired by her first concert—Carrie Underwood at just four years old—Jenna began writing songs at ten and discovered her lyrical gift in sixth grade with her first original, Friend Zone. Growing up in a family rooted in music and theatre, she developed a natural stage presence and a profound passion for connecting with others through song.
Jenna has shared the stage with major country acts including Ty Herndon, Rick Trevino, and Mark Wills, and performed alongside Texas Country standouts like Bri Bagwell, Sarah Hobbs, Matt Caldwell, Jason Allen, and Brian Black, even singing with Kane Brown. In 2025, she reached a milestone with her debut performance at the legendary Gruene Hall, opening for Caleb Young.
Her debut EP Sugar & Spice—recorded with Roger Creager’s band—was released in 2020 and showcased her early songwriting depth. She continued building momentum with her 2024 singles Finger on the Trigger and Tennessee Dreaming, each highlighting her growth as both a writer and performer.
New Release — “Folded Flag” (November 3rd, 2025)
In November 2025, Jenna released “Folded Flag,” one of her most emotional and meaningful songs to date. The single honors military heroes and the families who carry their legacy. Through vivid imagery and heartfelt storytelling, Jenna paints the journey from hopeful goodbyes to the solemn moment when a folded American flag is placed into a loved one’s hands. The song reflects gratitude, sacrifice, love, loss, and the pride woven into every military family’s story—making it a powerful tribute resonating nationwide.
Performing Across Texas and Beyond
Jenna has performed extensively across San Marcos, New Braunfels, Houston, Sanger, Onalaska, Brownsville, and Georgetown, building a strong and diverse live presence. She is actively performing statewide and is open to shows anywhere in Texas or throughout the United States, making her a versatile and in-demand artist for venues, festivals, and special events.
Jenna continues to develop her craft under respected industry professionals, including Stormy Cooper (Stormy Cooper Media) and Lyndon Hughes (The Wilder Blue). Alongside her music career, she is a committed student at Texas State University, where she is majoring in Agricultural Education. She has earned Dean’s List honors every semester and was most recently named to the President’s List in recognition of her academic excellence.
Outside of music, Jenna loves baking from scratch—often making cakes for family and the kids she babysits—and she always keeps a notebook or her phone nearby to jot down lyric ideas whenever inspiration strikes. Influenced by Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Randy Travis, Lainey Wilson, Ella Langley and Martina McBride, Jenna blends traditional country roots with modern, energetic flair, delivering songs full of heart, grit, faith, and authenticity.
