Lilac Gray is a group with roots in both synthpop and a heavier electronic atmosphere. Together, they create contemporary synth music deeply influenced by the genre’s rich history. With great respect for electronic soundscapes and a passion for songwriting, Lilac Gray blends nostalgia with innovation.
After releasing several singles and their debut EP We Will Fall, Lilac Gray is now looking to take a bigger place on the synth scene, with new songs set to be released in 2025. The band consists of Markus Sulkupuro, a singer and songwriter who has spent many years in the performing arts. Now, he finally gets the chance to create electronic music together with Patrik Kambo. Patrik has extensive experience in the synth scene, including his work with Close to Nature, as a sought-after producer, and through his remixes.
