The Crimson Ghosts, founded in 2001 in Cologne, Germany, quickly grew from a Misfits cover band to a leading name in horror punk. Known for blending fast, aggressive punk rock with eerie, cinematic atmospheres, their fans describe their sound as a both haunting and energizing blend of punk rock and horror. Their music, which delves into supernatural and dark themes, creates an immersive experience akin to a horror film Soundtrack. They cemented their place in the genre with their debut album Leaving the Tomb in 2005 but with albums like Yet Not Human (2018), and their latest release, Forevermore (2023) they secured their place in horror punk history. Over the years, they’ve played alongside bands like Biohazard and Dropkick Murphys and performed at major festivals such as Wave-Gotik-Treffen and Mighty Sounds where they captivated fans with their intense, visceral Sound.
