OVERSENSE show the middle finger to musical pigeonholing with their Rebel Metal and impress with brute sound, wit and individuality.
The German metal band can already look back on two successful albums and numerous single releases. Following the release of their album EGOMANIA, which was made possible by crowdfunding to the tune of €20,000 and other music funding, the band recently released their single “WASTE”, which thrilled the metal community. OVERSENSE impressed with new heaviness, their unique sound and let off a lot of steam in the accompanying music video. This boosted OVERSENSE to more than 23,000 monthly Spotify listeners, over 1.5 million streams in 120 countries and brought the combo 441,000 views on YouTube. That’s pretty good for a band that you can’t even pin a REAL genre on.
The OVERSENSE rebellion has already torn down the big stages of Europe and among others toured several times with metal queen Doro. Other recent live highlights include shows at the Full-Metal Holiday in Mallorca and Metal Hammer Paradise. In 2023, OVERSENSE welcomed star guitarist Annika Jaschke as a new member and performed at numerous established festivals across Germany. Their brandnew single “MORE” blends metalcore power, catchy pop hooks, and futuristic synths into a high-energy anthem. With a sing-along chorus, dubstep-inspired breakdown, and unstoppable party vibes, it’s built to stick in your head. “MORE” is about defying doubts and negativity, refusing to settle and relentlessly chasing your dreams.
