Paul Howard is an Irish journalist, author and comedy writer. He is best known as the creator of the cult character Ross O’Carroll-Kelly, a fictional Dublin 4 “rugby jock.”
And Here’s the Kicker! Widely regarded as the greatest player never to actually make it in the game, Ross O’Carroll-Kelly remembers his – very nearly – rugby career and his fractious relationship with five Ireland coaches.
