🎸 GIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🎸

2025 has been a busy year for gigs, we have been blown away by some of the incredibly talented artists we have met and shared various stages with throughout the year. So we decided to invite the best of them down for a final gig of 2025.

🗓️ Saturday 6th December 📍 Jacobs Inn, Dublin

This is a free event. This time of year can be really tough on finances for people so we have decided not to charge for any tickets. We will be taking donations for charity, with all proceeds from the gig going to @dublinsimoncommunity if you feel can spare anything.

Who: ARREN

Pop Rock

ARREN is a Dublin-based, Clare/Limerick-born artist who blends the anthemic scale of iconic ’90s and 2000s pop-rock with the intimacy of singer-songwriter. Drawing inspiration from the likes of James Bay, Oasis, Mumford & Sons, Hudson Taylor, and U2, his sound is recognized for “combining vintage sounds with modern-day execution.” From sold-out live shows to critically praised releases, ARREN has cemented his place as an artist to watch over the last year.

Having released his pop-rock summer anthem ‘It Takes One to Know’ in July 2024 and his nostalgic rock hit ‘Dreams We Missed’ in November 2024, ARREN continues to build momentum with his evolving sound. Both singles saw widespread success across the Irish music industry, earning spots on major Irish Spotify playlists such as First Music Contact’s Made in Ireland, airplay on top radio stations like Clare FM, and features in leading music magazines and blogs. The music video for ‘It Takes One to Know’ held a place on Puremzine’s Fresh Top 20 Music Videos in Ireland for three weeks, reaching the number three spot.

Fresh off a sold-out show at Whelan’s in February, ARREN is set for an exciting new chapter. His upcoming single, ‘Broken’, releasing on April 22nd, is a hopeful, reflective, and bittersweet folk-infused pop-rock hit that delivers a powerful message of solidarity, reminding listeners that they are not alone—there is a community in shared struggles, and together, healing is possible. To mark the release, ARREN has announced his highly anticipated return to Dublin’s iconic venue, Whelan’s, for another headline full-band performance on June 21st.
