Rascals Of the First Order are a rock band based out of Bangalore who strictly do not want to confine themselves to a sub-genre of rock. Formed in 2019, the destructive rager unit brings their heavy riff driven sound wherever they go. Originating from the streets of Bangalore, the group has Sivan on the vocals and guitars, Sujay Hazra wielding sticks on the drums and Pranav Kapadia on guitars.
They make their bold debut with Caged Authority — a blistering concept EP that fuses hard rock, grunge, and experimental soundscapes with storytelling as wild and volatile as its sound. Through metaphor and sonic brutality, the five-track sonic saga explores the themes of rebellion, abandonment, psychological warfare, and the hunger for freedom — all told through the eyes of the marginalized and the monstrous.
