Noor Chahal is a Punjabi singer-songwriter and actor known for blending cultural authenticity with modern artistry. She rose to fame during the 2020 lockdown with acoustic covers on YouTube and made her acting debut in Bajre Da Sitta (2022), where her hit song “Surmedani” earned her a Mirchi Music Award. Her singles like “Jhalleya Dila,” “Away,” and “Malang” have helped her cross 1.2 billion+ streams.
In 2022, she became the first Punjabi artist in YouTube’s Foundry Class, featured in Variety, Rolling Stone, and Billboard. Noor has performed worldwide at YouTube FanFest (Singapore), Scala (London), and Coke Arena (Dubai), and was named PTC Music’s Rising Star in 2024.
