Lavine is a Danish indie-pop duo based in Berlin, crafting cinematic alt-pop defined by intimacy, atmosphere, and emotional weight. Formed by Emma Geyti and Rasmus Volden in 2025, the duo blends ambient synths, textured guitars, and filmic storytelling shaped by their backgrounds in visual arts and filmmaking.
In 2025, Lavine toured across six EU/UK countries, supporting Blue Foundation, Cari Cari, Isaac Roux, and Charlotte OC, received radio support in Denmark, Germany, Italy, and the UK, and collaborated with Seye Adelekan of Gorillaz on 2 single releases. Recordings of an upcoming debut album began during a residency at Skrova Lighthouse - a remote Lofoten island in Nothern Norway, Lavine filmed live session at Skrova Lighthouse under the midnight sun during a historic Arctic heatwave, recording the highest temperatures since 1931.
Lavine’s debut EP arrives in early 2026, followed by singles leading into their debut album, supported by KODA and AUTOR. Fully independent and self-produced, the duo is building a growing international profile through immersive live sessions and visually driven storytelling.
