5 x Vuust is a Danish jazz family based in Aarhus, Copenhagen, and New York. The group consists of five musicians from different generations. The group released their debut album Further To Fly in 2022, featuring interpretations of Paul Simon songs, which received five-star reviews in both GAFFA and Nordjyske.
With the album Ramt i hjertet (2025), 5 x Vuust explores Sebastian’s rich song repertoire, which, for the group, plays a role in Danish music that can be compared to The Great American Songbook in jazz: a shared musical foundation that musicians come together around, interpret, and rediscover.
