Full day of health and wellness classes from yoga and HIIT classes, to dance and meditation, not to mention workshops and networking and everything in between. Explore a variety of classes, exciting talent to accompany the instructors, local vendors to shop, recovery services to enhance your day and a whole lot of energy to light your fire!
This event was created to curate a space for people to move and connect with their community while highlighting local wellness professionals. We firmly believe that movement, mindfulness and connection will strengthen individuals who will be able to in turn strengthen their communities.
WHAT ABOUT THE RUN/WALK??
At 9am Body Art Run Club will be leading a free community 5k run and 2 mile walk. All speeds/ability levels invited to participate! RSVP for the walk/run for free and receive details about it leading up to the event. This run/walk is included in all festival tickets purchased as well.

🚗 Limited street parking available on Cannon Dr. Zoo parking lot available for a fee.

A portion of the tickets sales will be donated to STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF). Our foundation’s mission is to bring accessible health and wellness resources to the general public and under-resourced communities.
