Saturnus is a Copenhagen-based doom/death metal band formed in 1993. After a legacy of acclaimed albums – Paradise Belongs to You, Martyr, Veronika Decides to Die and Saturn in Ascension – the band returned in 2023 with The Storm Within, which entered the Danish Albums Top 40 and was nominated for GAFFA’s “Best Album 2023”. Recent European and international touring, including a successful co-headline run with In the Woods… and repeated festival appearances at events such as Roskilde, Copenhell and Brutal Assault, has cemented their reputation as a compelling live act. Saturnus continue to collaborate with producer Flemming Rasmussen (Metallica) and are signed to Prophecy Productions, who handle both their classic catalog and new releases. Tours with Swallow the Sun and Paradise Lost are about to happen. Don’t miss them!
