Singer/Songwriter and producer NAYM (pronounced “name”) is a 18 year old musician from Germany, Berlin. Even though, he is german, he still decides to write his lyrics in english, to reach as many people as possible with what he is trying to deliver in his music. Since a young age, he has had a deep passion for music, expressing it by singing all day, playing instruments such as the guitar and piano, and composing his own songs starting at the age of 12. During the quarantine in 2020, he experimented with recording his own songs for the first time and fell in love with the idea of being able to create any sound he wanted. Since then, he has gone through many stages in his music career, trying out different genres such as rap, hip-hop, rock, and pop, as well as various artist names—until September 2023. That’s where he settled on his current artist name (NAYM) and the goal of creating music for people in similar life situations who can relate to what he expresses in his lyrics.
The lyrical content may not all be the same—nor is the vibe or genre—but that is what keeps this artist so interesting and fresh!
