HIER SIND WIR - The summer festival of diversity on Museum Island

From May 30 to August 31, 2025, the Colonnade Courtyard on Berlin’s Museum Insel will become an open stage for music, art and encounters. “Hier Sind Wir” celebrates 200 years of Museum Island - with over 50 free events that bring people, perspectives and stories together.

From Thursday to Sunday, there will be live music, performances and creative formats - in the middle of Berlin, in the open air, with a good atmosphere and a great desire for exchange and coming together.

The festival stands for cultural openness, exchange and living community - supported by the cooperation between the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation and the Vagabund Brewery. In keeping with this, the Vagabund Brewery has developed a very special beer: Wissensdurst - brewed especially for the festival and available there exclusively on tap.

Free admission. Open attitude. Come by - here we are!

Pop Soul

Some artists make noise. Mani Simon makes moments. His songs don’t chase trends or try to be the loudest in the room—they sit with you, slow you down, and remind you that it’s okay to feel everything all at once. He’s not trying to be perfect—he’s trying to be honest. And that honesty shows up in every part of his sound, from the soul-drenched vocals to the lyrics that feel like they were pulled from the back of your mind. There’s a quiet power to what he does. It’s not about the algorithm—it’s about the connection.

Mani’s journey hasn’t been polished—it’s been real. He built his name from the ground up in Berlin’s music scene, showing up to every jam, every open mic, every chance to connect. What you hear now is the result of years of self-discovery, heartbreak, healing, and choosing to keep going. Whether you catch him on stage with his full band or sharing a stripped-down set, the energy is the same: something raw, alive, and deeply felt. If you’re someone who’s been searching for music that actually sees you—you just found it.
