From busking the streets of Christchurch as a kid to breaking New Zealand radio records, Cassie Henderson writes pop songs that cut straight to the heart. Her breakthrough single “Whatever” dominated NZ airplay for 12 consecutive weeks in 2023 - a feat not achieved by any female Kiwi artist since Lorde in 2017.
