Soup, a formidable five-piece nu-rock band from Glasgow, proudly stand as a collective of outcasts who have discovered their voice through their music. With their raw energy, fierce riffs, and pulsating rhythms, Soup delivers an unforgettable and cathartic 90’s style heavy alternative rock experience that resonates with their listeners and audiences.
Since forming in early 2023, the band has headlined iconic venues all over Glasgow from “McChuills” to “Nice n Sleazy’s” to “Broadcast”, the list goes on and on. The highlight of the band’s career so far was getting the opportunity to support and open for the Dundonian music legends “The View” down in Newcastle back in December. Since then the band went on to headline one final show in Glasgow at the iconic “Slay” to see the year out.
Half way through 2024 and SOUP are set to headline the famous King Tuts Wah Wah Hut for the second time. This will also act as their launch gig for the release of their first EP “Escapism from the Mundane: Part 1”.
