Ethereal marks one of the most important moments in Maestrick’s history. The band formed by Fábio Caldeira (vocals, piano, and keyboard), Renato Montanha (bass), Heitor Matos (drums and percussion), and Guilherme Henrique (guitar and acoustic guitar) is recognized for its unique style, which appeals to diverse audiences: a progressive rock/metal with strong elements of Brazilian regional music, world music, and classical music always associated with other artistic languages, especially cinema and literature.
Not surprisingly, Maestrick captivates movie fans, notably those of Tim Burton, George Méliès, Guillermo del Toro, and Christopher Nolan. In music, it attracts listeners of both modern rock/metal, such as Muse, and also of more niche styles within metal, such as Dream Theater, Devin Townsend, Haken, Jinjer, Spirit Box, and classics like Queen, Yes, and Gentle Giant.
