Andovia is an alternative rock band rooted between the Atlanta and Athens areas. Andovia creates their genre from blending grunge, alternative metal, rock, and shoegaze. Andovia is comprised of Brendan Page on vocals and guitar, Cole Chandler on drums, Chet Guntharp on bass and John Rucks on guitar. The four members draw their influence from bands such as Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Linkin Park, RHCP, OutKast and Foo Fighters
Andovia’s sound is a result of fusing haunting vocals, thick guitar riffs, booming hypnotic drums and deep, growling bass tones. Andovia makes their music because they believe they have a bond formed through the songs they write, serving as a form of therapy for each individual as well as a whole. Andovia hopes that their experiences together while writing and performing translates to whoever may listen.
