The Dadbods are Medfield’s resident cover band with a twist: blending classic rock, Americana, blues, 90s rock, and alt-country into sets that are equal parts familiar and unexpected. Garrick Myers (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and Adam Mavrikos (lead guitar, slide) first teamed up in the summer of 2021, bonding over deep cuts and a shared love of live music. After a few guest spots, Matt Rosatto (drums, vocals, harmonica) officially joined in 2024, rounding out the trio with rhythm, harmonies, and the occasional lead vocal. Together, they’ve made a name for themselves by playing songs so deep you’ll swear they wrote them, and doing it with a laid-back style that keeps things fun and unpretentious. As the house band for 21 North in Medfield, The Dadbods have become a staple of the local music scene, known for mixing rock anthems with unexpected detours through twangy Americana and dusty alt-country.
