Since 2000 is the UK’s latest Pop Metal Boy Band.
Taking influence from a multitude of styles: including early 2000s alt metal, EDM, contemporary pop as well as movie soundtracks, Since 2000 deliver a heavy, hard-hitting and infectious genre-bending musical experience.
Within less than two years of their formation, Since 2000 is amassing a large captive audience online and have achieved over one million views on TikTok . Building their reputation as a live act to watch, the band has supported up and coming alternative acts including Cyan Kicks, Kid Brunswick and BEX. More recently they’ve played to sold out crowds at iconic venues such as King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow and The Deaf Institute in Manchester.
The band’s latest releases have received support from BBC Introducing Rock with Alyx Holcombe and BBC Introducing Scotland. Since 2000 has already recently been nominated for Best New Live Artist at the Scottish Live Music Awards 2025.
