Hi y’all! I’m Simon Ngo, a yoga and Pilates teacher from Sydney who somehow found myself embarking on a music journey after taking some informal vocal lessons during the pandemic lockdown.
As a singer songwriter, I wanted to characterise an authentic storytelling by exploring life’s universal experiences lyrically. Sonically, I love the blend of country or Nashville pop with a hint of indie, a sprinkle of pop, and a dash of ballad. Production is intentionally clean and minimal, but impactful. Also important to me is capturing my perspectives as a gay Asian male from Australia for representation,
I would say my music and lyrics resonate with “Feelers”, “Dreamers” and “Reflectors” – listeners who appreciate emotional rawness and authenticity.
